What we do
Scheduled touch-up cleaning on a fixed rotation, so a building never gets far from where it should be. Restrooms, break rooms, offices, floors, trash and glass.
Bi-weekly touch-up — from $500The full pass. Everything in the routine visit plus floors machine-scrubbed, high dusting, vents, fixtures, baseboards and the corners a rotation does not reach.
Bi-weekly deep clean — from $1,100Building exteriors, entrances, canopies, sidewalks, loading areas and equipment pads. Priced by the elevation and the surface, with everything included — equipment, material and labour.
Typical building — $1,200 to $2,200Small plumbing, fixtures and the maintenance items that sit on a facility manager’s list too long. Handled on the same visit where we can, so the building is not opened twice.
