How it works

From a phone call to an invoice

  1. You call or text with the address Tell us the building, the surfaces and how often. If it is a one-off, that is fine too.
  2. We look at it For anything beyond a routine visit we come and see the building before quoting. A price given over the phone on a job nobody has looked at is a price that changes later.
  3. One written quote A fixed number against a stated scope, with the equipment, material and labour included. Nothing is scheduled before you accept it.
  4. The work is scheduled Routine work goes on a fixed rotation so you know which week we are coming. One-off work is scheduled to suit the building, including nights and weekends.
  5. The job is logged and invoiced Every completed job is recorded with the date, the building and the scope, and the invoice is raised from that record — so the invoice and the work always agree.
