The difference

Every visit leaves a record

Most small contractors finish a job and send an invoice. The gap between those two things is where the argument starts — what was done, when, and whether it matched the quote.

Trojan K logs the job from the field the moment it is finished: the building, the scope, the date, and photos of the work. The invoice is built from that record, not typed from memory. When a facility manager asks what happened on the 16th, the answer is on one screen.

Logged from the field

The crew submits the job on a phone before leaving the site. Nothing waits for a desk.

Photographed

Before and after on the work that was quoted. Date-stamped and kept with the record.

Invoiced from the record

The invoice carries the same scope, date and rate as the job it came from — so the two can never disagree.

Who we work for

Buildings that cannot be closed

An industrial floor, a fire station and a golf clubhouse are three different jobs. What they share is that none of them can wait until next week.

Services

What is in each scope

Four service lines. Routine work runs on a fixed rotation; everything else is quoted against a scope after we have looked at the building.

Routine touch-up cleaning

  • Restrooms cleaned, sanitised and restocked
  • Break rooms and kitchens wiped down
  • Offices dusted, trash pulled, liners replaced
  • Floors swept, dust-mopped and spot-mopped
  • Entrance glass and interior doors
  • High-touch points sanitised
Bi-weekly rotation — from $500 per visit

Deep cleaning

  • Everything in the routine visit
  • Floors machine-scrubbed and finished
  • High dusting — ledges, beams, light fixtures
  • Vents, diffusers and returns
  • Baseboards, corners and behind fixed equipment
  • Restroom fixtures descaled
Bi-weekly rotation — from $1,100 per visit

Power washing

  • Building elevations, quoted per side
  • Entrances, canopies and covered walkways
  • Sidewalks, aprons and loading areas
  • Dumpster pads and equipment pads
  • Equipment, material and labour included
Typical building — $1,200 to $2,200

Light repairs

  • Small plumbing — stalls, toilets, fixtures
  • Hardware, doors and closers
  • Fixture and lamp replacement
  • Punch-list items handled on a scheduled visit

How we quote public work

Written, fixed, and on the record

A letter, not a number

Every public quote is a signed letter naming the facility, the address, the exact scope and one total price with equipment, material and labour included.

Scope changes get a new quote

If a building turns out to need more sides washed than the walk-through showed, that is a new quote — not a surprise on the invoice.

Invoiced against the quote

The invoice carries the quote reference, the completion date and the same scope wording, so it reconciles against the purchase order without a phone call.

Small purchases in Mississippi.

Under Miss. Code § 31-7-13, purchases not exceeding $5,000 need no advertising and no competitive bids; between $5,000 and $50,000 an agency needs two competitive written bids. Most of our public quotes sit in the first band, which is why a written quote and a board order is all the paperwork a job needs.

The service record

Try a job number: C049, C048 or C047.

Crew only

Field log

Submitted from a phone before leaving the site. This is the one place a job gets recorded — the client’s service record, the schedule and the invoice all read from it.

Before and after

Attach at least one of each on any quoted job. They are date-stamped, stored with the record and shown in the client’s portal — never anywhere public.

Why this exists

A job typed into an invoice a week later is a job somebody has to remember. A job submitted from the site is a fact. The invoice builder reads this queue directly, so nothing is retyped and the numbering never drifts.

Where it goes

  • The client’s service record, immediately
  • The rotation schedule — the visit is marked complete
  • The invoice builder, ready to raise
  • A phone alert to the owner
